I am a legal advisor for startups but also a business advisor.
I am a Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Digital Assets & Web3 Practice and a partner in the Emerging Companies and Growth practice, where I focus on securities law compliance and defense, cryptocurrency-related matters, financings, emerging company issues, and general corporate matters. Being part of the emerging companies practice allows me the opportunity to guide companies, investors, intermediaries, and other market participants through the complex intersection of federal securities laws and innovative financial technologies. The clients I work with value that I bring extensive practical legal and regulatory experience, having previously served in several key roles at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
In my free time, I love spending time outdoors exploring the world and all of its natural beauty.
