About Me
I am a legal advisor to high-growth fintech companies and a business advisor to the entrepreneurs transforming the financial sector.
I am the Global Co-Chair of the Fintech industry group, where my practice focuses on all areas of digital financial services, including brokerage, payments, digital assets, and market infrastructure. Being part of the emerging companies practice allows me the opportunity to work on domestic and cross-border cutting-edge fintech initiatives. I represent broker-dealers; investment, retail, and private banks; technology companies; market infrastructure providers; investment managers; hedge funds; and private equity funds. Outside of the office, I try to spend as much time as possible with my wife and three children. When I have free time, I have a passion for sports (watching and playing), and I’m also mad for anything technology related so I spend lots of time playing around with new tech.
