I am a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices, where I focus on venture financings, cross-border M&A, divestments, auctions, and joint ventures. My dual experience in London and Singapore allows me to bridge international standards with regional realities, helping clients structure, negotiate and close complex transactions efficiently and commercially. I regularly advise private equity and venture capital firms, investment funds, financial institutions, corporates, state-owned enterprises, and high-growth companies as they pursue capital raises, strategic investments, and transformative acquisitions throughout Asia and beyond.
My recent matters span technology, life sciences, and the broader digital economy. Outside of the office, I seek out new adventures through travel, as well as enjoy long-distance running and hunting down the best hawker-stall cuisine.
