About Me
I help startups and investors across a number of industries.
I represent a full spectrum of industries, including AI, SaaS, fintech, insurtech, life sciences, digital health, foodtech, and e-commerce, with particular experience counseling Latin America tech companies and investors. I advise companies on venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, formation and founder issues, strategic partnerships, and IPOs. My clients value my experience as a former C-level executive at a venture-backed enterprise SaaS company that successfully exited.
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, playing tennis, and doing anything with my three little kids. I like a good bottle of wine. I dedicate a lot of time to charities and pro bono work. My Dominican father always wanted me to be a doctor or a baseball player, but I think he’s pretty proud of me now.
