As a former member of Latham’s Executive Committee, with a robust corporate practice, I am focused on deploying comprehensive strategies to meet clients’ business and legal needs. Through my various senior leadership roles on firmwide committees, I understand the need to provide our clients with pragmatic, business oriented advice — which is particularly important for my-high growth startup company clients. As the former founding general counsel of Global Crossing Ltd., a worldwide telecommunications company, I have an intimate understanding of the opportunities and challenges entrepreneurs face every day.
Being part of the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice allows me the opportunity to assist entrepreneurs as they reach their well-deserved point of liquidity in the form of a sale. I represent communications, fintech, IT, and other late-stage growth technology companies, as well as banks and private equity firms. My recent clients have included Global Crossing Ltd, Amp’d Mobile, Siemens, Congruex and Columbus Nova.
