About Me
I help startups and investors across a range of industries, including fintech, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and digital health.
I spend most of my time working with founders, companies, and investors on venture capital financings and M&A transactions. On a day-to-day basis, I help my clients navigate the early stage financing space, negotiate deal terms, and formulate what their exit strategy looks like. My passion with startups began when I worked with Atlassian (now listed on NASDAQ) as a young lawyer in Australia on their financing and pre-IPO flip. Since then I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to focus on venture capital and work with some of Europe’s most innovative companies and top VC funds.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our cat. We try to get to the ocean as much as we can to swim (sans cat). When I have free time, I bake, propagate succulents, and read up on anything venture related.
