I help startups and investors across a number of industries, with a focus on life sciences and technology.
I advise companies and investors across a wide range of industries on equity investments, acquisitions, disposals and day-to-day corporate matters. My clients include Allergan, Novo, Clarus Lifesciences, Frazier Healthcare, Black Ocean, and Andreessen Horowitz. They value that Latham has emerging company expertise across the key hubs in the United States as well as in London and across Europe. Prior to joining Latham, I qualified as a lawyer in Scotland, but I have yet to work on a deal in the haggis, whisky, or tartan industries. All offers welcome.
Outside of the office, I enjoy many forms of running, mostly after my kids or (when not doing that) for exercise. It’s also impossible to hail from Scotland and not have a genetic love of golf.
