About Me
As the leader of Latham’s Data & Technology Transactions Practice in Asia, I represent early-stage companies on their most complex technology, data, and commercial projects.
I leverage a comprehensive understanding of technology sectors across Asia to guide emerging companies through every stage of high-value and strategic commercial transactions. My expertise spans a broad spectrum of data and technology transactions, including complex supply and service agreements, payments and digital assets, technology outsourcing, digital transformation, data privacy, and cyber projects, as well as data center and digital infrastructure arrangements.
Drawing on a wealth of experience, I advise clients on matters related to artificial intelligence, novel fintech and payment arrangements, privacy, and cybersecurity, particularly across the financial services and technology/e-commerce sectors.
My work includes advising on significant projects for regional financial services institutions, global technology companies, and airlines among others, ensuring compliance with market practices and regulatory requirements.
Outside of the office, I am an avid photographer and enjoy walking the streets of Hong Kong looking for the next shot.
