About Me
I help companies and investors across a number of industries.
I am a lawyer in the firm’s emerging companies practice, where my practice focuses on counseling investors and companies on complex transactions and general corporate matters. Being part of the emerging companies practice allows me the opportunity to advise on investment and other transformative transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, carve-outs, structured and growth equity investments, venture financings, PIPEs, reorganizations, and recapitalizations. The clients I work with value that I bring a multi-faceted approach to helping them achieve their objectives and execute their most critical transactions. Additionally, I maintain an active pro bono practice, advising non-profits and individuals on a full spectrum of issues and matters.
Outside of the office, I enjoy outdoor sports and activities, including hiking in New England with my wife, Danyel, and dog, Arthur.
