I am a legal as well as a business advisor for startups.
I am a partner in Latham’s Emerging Companies & Growth Practice, where my practice focuses on biotechnology, medical device and other tech startup companies. I most enjoy being part of the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice because it allows me the opportunity to work with motivated entrepreneurs whose innovations are changing the future as it unfolds.
