I am a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice as well as the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisition Practices, where I focus on M&A transactions, private capital, venture capital, and growth. Being part of the emerging companies and growth practice allows me the opportunity to support our clients as they navigate complex legal landscapes and achieve their investment and growth ambitions.
I represent emerging companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and corporations. The clients I work with value that Latham is dedicated to fostering long-term client relationships and providing strategic, commercial, forward-thinking advice tailored to their specific needs, especially within the dynamic and diverse Asian market.
Outside of the office, I enjoy travel and food.
