I am a legal advisor for startups but also a business advisor.
I am a partner in the firm’s Emerging Companies & Growth practice, where my practice focuses on providing comprehensive transactional counsel to key players in the fintech industry. Being part of the emerging companies practice allows me the opportunity to help clients launch, build, jointly create, invest in, and acquire and sell businesses built at the intersection of financial services and technology. I represent many of the world’s leading investment banks, infrastructure providers, startups, and newly created consortium entities. The clients I work with value my in-depth, sector-specific technical knowledge and insights on the evolving regulatory environment impacting the fintech space.
Outside of the office, I enjoy biking, skiing, water skiing, hiking, baseball, cartography, and exploring cities around the world.
