As Global Chair of Latham’s Emerging Companies Practice, I have the opportunity to support companies through all stages of their growth.
I spend most of my time representing technology and life sciences companies — both private and public. I focus on early-stage company formation and strategy, initial- through late-stage venture capital financings, public offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing and securities law. My clients have included Care.com, LogMeIn, Veracode, Wayfair and Zipcar. While at Harvard Law School, I taught negotiation as a teaching assistant. Continuing my passion for teaching, I frequently lecture on legal issues facing emerging companies. Prior to Harvard, I attended West Point and served as a US Army Intelligence Officer.
As a passionate runner, I completed the Boston Marathon a few times and I love spending time with my family.
