About Me
I help high-growth companies and investors across the technology and life sciences ecosystems.
I serve as a Vice Chair of the firm’s Emerging Companies & Growth Practice and advise both private and public borrowers / issuers and their sponsors as well as investors / lenders and their backers on growth financings especially in the tech and life sciences / healthcare industries, from general transactional mandates to private capital transactions to growth debt to royalty / synthetic royalty transactions to specialty financing deals to structured equity to intellectual property monetization transactions and other creative capital structures. My clients value that our “get the job done” attitude (day or night) and our broad 0 to 60 mph platform across the globe. Prior to joining Latham, I was an attorney in the New York office of Skadden Arps and was previously a Fulbright Scholar in Russia and the editor in chief of the Stanford Journal of International Relations.
Outside of the office, I enjoy travel (used to be a hardcore backpacker back in the day!), hiking (who climbs Kilimanjaro on their honeymoon!??!), reading about business, finance, tech, life sciences, and foreign affairs (yes — I am passionate about what I do at work outside of work!)
